Dr. Simon Sedej has joined the group of Prof. Dr. Burkert Pieske in Göttingen and will be working on the CONTICA project.
Dr. Sedej is an established cellular electrophysiologist and has been working on multicellular preparations as well as single cells. He completed his Ph.D. at the European Neuroscience Institute (ENI) in Göttingen and has then been working at the University of Maribor (Slovenia), Department of Physiology. He will start in Göttingen September 1, 2006.
